At Exercere, we are committed to your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all athletic gear in its original condition. If your equipment doesn't help you reach your personal best, we will make it right with a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unworn items with original tags intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure protection during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse verifies the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
